Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Program Participation and EligibilityOur Referral Program is available for both existing and potential clients who have real or demo accounts with Qption.To be eligible for participation:- Both you and your referred client must be at least 18 years of age.
- Both you and your referred client must be legally permitted to participate in the Referral Program in your respective countries of residence.
Employees of the Company, including their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Company reserves the right to void any referral reward based on ineligibility or violation of these Terms. How Referral Program WorksIf you have a demo or real account, you can generate a referral link and promo code through the &qout;Become a Partner&qout; option in the menu. A referred client must not be an existing customer and must be a first-time user. Rewards will be reflected once the referred client registers, makes an initial deposit of at least 10 USD, and completes trading transactions.
Restrictions- You cannot refer yourself, family, or household members, or create multiple or fictitious accounts.
- You may not use the Referral Program in violation of any law, infringe third-party rights, or act in a harmful or disruptive manner.
- Your promotional materials must include disclaimers and risk warnings.
- You may not promise guaranteed returns or act through misrepresentation or manipulation.
Referral Rewards- Earn up to 6% commission on trading turnover for each referred client, excluding bonuses and refunds.
- You are entitled to rewards if you have verified your account and referred a minimum number of active clients.
- Rewards are not transferable, nor can they be sold to third parties.
- Rewards are paid in the currency you select when initiating the transfer.
- You may also earn 10% of the referral income if your referees refer at least 5 clients with verified accounts.
TaxesReferral rewards may be taxable depending on local tax laws. You are responsible for all tax filings, returns, and payments as required.
ConfidentialityIn connection with the Referral Program, you may receive confidential information. You agree to maintain its confidentiality and use it only for program-related purposes.
Liability- The Company is not liable for any damages due to use or inability to use the platform.
- By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any liabilities incurred due to your actions.
Disclaimer of Warranties- The Referral Program is provided &qout;as is&qout; without any warranties, express or implied.
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Referral Program.
ReleaseBy agreeing to these Terms, you waive and release the Company and its affiliates from any claim for damages related to the Referral Program.
TerminationThe Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at its discretion. Breach of any provision may result in termination and forfeiture of rewards.
AmendmentsThe Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance.
AcceptanceBy participating in the Referral Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue participation immediately.
PrivacyYour personal information is used in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
AssignmentYou may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without prior consent.
